All About Events

 

Every year I say I'm going to make it through the A to Z challenge, and most years I give out around G or sooner. We'll see what happens this year! 

Thanks for dropping by for a visit, and this year, I'm going to give you the guided tour as a writer going to events to promote and sell my work. Let me tell you, some of those events are not for the weak! 

For the letter A - this is All About the Events! 

I have tried to schedule one or two events a month for the rest of the year because I have new books being released. The book business it hectic, but fun. Meeting new people, and making new friends along the way has been interesting, and I look forward to what the rest of the year will bring! 

I hope to feature new books and artist along the way! Stick around and see what happens! I might just make it to the letter Z this year! 

New Year, Same Me... Not A Chance!

I do love all the goal setting and resolutions the world falls into this time of year, but let's be so for real. Most will tragically fail themselves by week two. Don't say you're going to do something everyday... you probably won't. Oh, I'm not trying to discourage you from bettering yourselves. I'm saying, don't set yourself up for failure. 

My one goal this year is joy. Joy is deep rooted. I'm all in. No more simply surviving, so if you're not encouraging me, kindly step aside. I'm leaving behind the days of coming home from work stressed or wishing something in my life is different. Blah, blah, blah. No more word vomit about those in my life that disappoint me. That's going to happen daily, so why give them power? Kindly step aside.  

Did I set a goal by wanting joy... no... it's a mind shift. I'm upgrading. Want to have some fun this year? Join me! (It's a joke, I'll be at home writing, but that's a lot of fun for me!)
